"Stupid super-sub rules"

In discussing last night's lose Stephen Fleming said:

"...the only influence the toss had was that it meant it was 12 versus 11 because of these stupid super-sub rules. I have no time for them."

Which is fair enough, given that the rules are actually stupid. But I do wonder if, and how, the ICC might respond to Flem's comments. At this stage I am willing to bet that their only response might be to punish Fleming for daring to speak out of turn.

i don't know about NZ, but supersub has really helped India The real test for supersub and power play was going to in the sub-continent with flat pitches. And as far as i can see they have really played a role in the India -Srilanka series

Actually since u the real test was only going to be in teh sub-continent. The head of the committee was sunil gavaskar. And the one thing that india has been lacking over the years since kapil dev actually is a genuine all-rounder, Trust me agarkar isnt one, neither is yuvraj. So some might say this rule was tailor-made for india. Every other team in the world has GREAT all-rounders. England/NZ/PAK/SA/WINDIES/SL/AUS....
